●Example: Create a view relation based on ATTENDANCE table, EMPLOYEE table and DEPT table.

1. Create a database table source using ATTENDANCE table, EMPLOYEE table and DEPT table in demo database. The settings are shown below:

2.  Create a new view relation named ExportDefine1. Drag the EMPLOYEE to the right:

3.  Drag ATTENDANCE to the right and add joining fields on the Relation setting pop-up:

There are two join types – inner join and left join. Select Remove duplicate key values to delete duplicates from target field values.

4.  Click [OK] and then drag DEPT to the right. Add joining fields on Relation setting pop-up:

5.  Click [OK] to complete the creation.

A single data source can be treated as a view relation to export data in a file or a database table to a composite table, a bin file or a database table.
