Open a data extraction file, click View button and then Add button:
To get the following View name dialog box:
Enter the view relation name and click [OK] to finish the edit.
Select the newly-created view and drag a data source to the right. If there is a join, drag the fact table (a detail table or a subtable) first and then the table associated through a foreign key.
●Example: Create a view based on ATTENDANCE table, EMPLOYEE table and DEPT table.

2.Create a new view named View1. Drag the EMPLOYEE to the right:
3.Drag ATTENDANCEto the right and add joining fields on the View settings window:
There are two join types – inner join and left join. Select Remove duplicate key values to delete duplicates from target field values.
4.Click [OK] and then drag DEPT to the right. Add joining fields on View settings window:
5.Click [OK] to complete the creation.
Note: A single data source can be treated as a view to export data in a file or a database table to a composite table, a bin file or a database table.

Open a data extraction file, select a view, and click the edit button or double-click the view:
To open View name dialog box:
Click [OK] to complete the edit.

Click a view and double-click or right-click the target table on the right:
Click [Edit] to change the joining type and joining fields for associating the source table and the target table on the pop-up. Click [Delete] to delete a target table. Right-click the source table and select [Delete] to remove both the source table and target table. Click [Expand] to display all tables and Click [Collapse] to fold up all tables.
Open a data extraction file, select a view, and click delete button:
And the following prompt appears:
Click [Yes] to delete the view relation, and [No], or the cross sign X at the upper right corner, to refuse the operation.
